EXTRA CHORIZO IN CULAR GUT / REF. 3

The preparation, selection of the meats and their curing process are identical to those of the traditional chorizo. The main difference between them is the gut, which provides a very individual shape and flavour. The most noble meats corresponding to the ham, shoulder and bacon from the carcasses (all previously selected females) are used for this product. The other unbeatable quality ingredients: garlic, paprika with denominacion de origen La Vera; and salt. No preserving or colouring agents.
