Ecological production

Quality, traditional, healthy cold cuts and meat.

Ecological production seeks to encompass animal welfare, the environment and a natural production method. With our ecological cold cuts and ecological fresh meats, we have created a range of high quality, hand-crafted healthy products.

They are all ecological, 100% natural and gluten-free (suitable for people with food allergies or who are lactose/egg intolerant, amongst others).

Our primary resources are the care and careful selection of the raw material from the outset. Hence, we have started an ecological rearing of pigs raised without restrictions on our 'El Encinar de Ocón' estate. A diet based on products from ecological agriculture, cereals free from phytosanitary products and Holm-oak seeds or fresh saplings give our animals a great physique and top quality meat.
