ORGANIC SAUSAGES AND MEATS BECAUSE:
1.- THEY DO NOT CONTAIN GENETICALLY MODIFIED ORGANISMS: since in the long-term they have not shown their true consequences. There are no scientific studies demonstrating transgenic foodstuffs do not cause environmental and human health problems. It is not known whether they are a direct danger to man or not.

5.- THEY DO NOT CONTAIN ANTIBIOTICS, which benefits the health of consumers. The animals are cared for in a preventative way in order to avoid the use of antibiotics and hormones.
6.- THEY RESPECT THE WELLBEING OF THE ANIMALS, to avoid the pollution of the air, water and land, and respect local fauna. The animals grow at their natural pace and are not manipulated artificially. They graze at their leisure, (with only their mother’s milk, organic fodder) and autochthonous varieties are promoted.
7.- MAXIMUM LEVELS OF QUALITY ARE MAINTAINED, maximum reliability since this is linked to traceability from the countryside to the dinner table in accordance with European regulation 2092/91. They are subjected to major controls and inspections during production, packaging and labelling processes… by certified companies.
8.- THEY ARE HEALTHY, they do not contain toxic residues from additives, preservatives, synthetic fertilizers, or antibiotics… used to fight against infestations, which can cause damage in humans in the medium-term. Organic foods are correctly assimilated by the body and do not interfere with metabolic functions.
Since production is undertaken on soils balanced by natural fertilizers, the products are more nutritious, contain higher levels of vitamins, minerals, carbohydrates and proteins and help prevent disease.
