Deboned shoulder of pork (from ecological agriculture), salt, cane sugar, anti-oxidant: sodium ascorbate, spice flavouring mix and preservative: sodium nitrite.

Weight: 75 g., 100 g., 5 Kg.

Packaged: Vacío.

Curing: Cocido.

Preparation: Cured ecologically produced cooked shoulder of pork, Extra class.
Whole piece of deboned, hand-flayed pork, salted and macerated for 4 days (minimum) in a refrigerated chamber.
Cooked in a bain-marie.
Produced without gelling agentsstabilisers.
