OUR PRODUCTION
PROCESS
We believe that the secret for preparing the best prod uct
lies in the careful selection of the raw material and the constant follow-up.
This is the only way to achieve the highest quality.
- Selection of the meats:
We only use females of approximately 100 kilos in weight to prepare
our product.
We use whole carcasses to ensure the origin and quality of all the
meat selected.
- Care of the raw materials:
Both the paprika (La Vera Pure Paprika with DENOMINACION DE ORIGEN),
and the salt, garlic and spices have an exceptional and recognised
extra quality.
- Production Process:
The rigorous compliance
with the current European standards on health and quality issues is
a patent fact during the whole process: from the cutting to the preparation
of the product and later placement of the drying sheds Once there,
all the products stay for the necessary time, without any type of
handling, to achieve the flavour, shine, smell and bright colour that
characterises them, as well as a perfectly bonded and cured meat.
- · The packing and boxing:
Is done with state-of-the-art machinery, closing a quality-aimed
cycle and without forgetting the advances and improvement provided
by the new technologies.
