Ecological pork dam with creamy sauce to pepper

  • 1 glass of cream for cooking

👩‍🍳Step by step preparation:

  1. Cut the ecological dam into slices of about 2 cm thick.
  2. Seal each piece in a casserole with a little oil and butter. Do not cook it at all; Just mark the outside.
