Description
  • Ingredients: organic Duroc pork meat (ham, bacon and shoulder), ground white pepper, ground black pepper and salt. All from agriculture and livestock with organic certification.
  • Healing: It varies from 10 to 70 days depending on the variety and presentation.
  • Elaboration: Its recipe is simple but the organic meat of our piglets makes it full of nuances, aromas and flavors.

TASTING NOTES:

  • Aspect: good conformation, attached casing and optimal coloration. The fat is well distributed and correctly combined with the lean parts. The tone predominates in the lean and rosy white in the fats, very well distributed in uniform percentages and textures.
  • Aroma: pleasant and persistent aromas. Excellent salt point, slightly low.
  • Flavor: soft, pleasant, with complex notes of pepper in the aftertaste. Very consistent texture, although notes of juiciness predominate.

Our products are individually vacuum sealed in airtight packages to maintain product freshness and ensure long freezer shelf life.

Fresh products are transported cold, at a temperature between 2 and 8º C so that they arrive in optimal conditions.

Our transport service carries out real-time traceability of the cold chain from the moment of collection to delivery. This way we guarantee the highest quality in our products from our factory to your home.

DELIVERY

We ship our products to the entire peninsular national territory. If you wish to place an order with another destination, (Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla), please contact us by email at correo@embutidosluisgil.com.

The package will arrive at the address indicated approximately in 48 working hours, except for exceptions in which it can take up to 72 working hours (orders made on Thursday afternoon and Fridays).

The user must be at the address indicated as the delivery address, and after receiving the package, they must check that everything has arrived in perfect condition.

The user will be informed by the transport company of the delivery status of their order.
