Ham from Duroc pigs raised in freedom on our organic farm 'El Encinar' and fed with acorns and grasses and roots from our farm and 100% organic feed grown by us.

Totally natural, with a lot of grain, high oleic acid content and a large amount of infiltrated fat. Juicy and intense flavor.

Without additives or genetically modified organisms. Gluten-free and lactose-free.

Ingredients: organic Duroc pork ham and salt. All from agriculture and livestock with organic certification.
Healing: 20 months minimum.
Elaboration: The hams are cut up and massaged one by one. They are then cold salted and slowly cured in our cold dryers.

TASTING NOTES:

Aspect: unbeatable appearance, with good shape and excellent tone. Due to the free-ranging of our animals, the slice has good infiltration and distribution of fat and the meat has a bright color with intense toasted tones, obtained during curing.
Aroma: very aromatic, with an excellent point of salt and a juicy and very consistent texture.
Flavor: Its flavor is intense, with notes of aromatic herbs and sweet flavors with hints of honey. It has a very pleasant and persistent aftertaste.

TRANSPORT

Our products are individually vacuum sealed in airtight packages to maintain product freshness and ensure long freezer shelf life.

Fresh products are transported cold, at a temperature between 2 and 8º C so that they arrive in optimal conditions.

Our transport service carries out real-time traceability of the cold chain from the moment of collection to delivery. This way we guarantee the highest quality in our products from our factory to your home.

DELIVERY

We ship our products to the entire peninsular national territory. If you wish to place an order with another destination, (Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla), please contact us by email at correo@embutidosluisgil.com.

The package will arrive at the address indicated approximately in 48 working hours, except for exceptions in which it can take up to 72 working hours (orders made on Thursday afternoon and Fridays).

The user must be at the address indicated as the delivery address, and after receiving the package, they must check that everything has arrived in perfect condition.

The user will be informed by the transport company of the delivery status of their order.
