DESCRIPTION

  • Ingredients: hígado y tocino de cerdo ecológico, sal y nuez moscada. Todos procedentes de agricultura y ganadería con certificación ecológica.
  • Elaboration: We select and chop the fresh livers and bacon. They are marinated with spices and the salt level is corrected. The cans are then filled, autoclaved, cleaned and labeled. Raw cooking.
  • Iberian Pate: made during the montanera season, with bacon from pigs fed with acorns (October - January) on our organic farm 'El Encinar'.

TASTING NOTES:

  • Visual aspect: lumpy, with a good consistency although moldable and easy to spread and crumble. Delicate subdued tones. Good distribution of components, lightly wrapped in an outer grease film.
  • Aroma: pleasant and powerful aroma, excellent point of salt.
  • Flavor: Intense flavor with spicy notes. Consistent texture where notes of juiciness predominate. Soft and creamy once handled.

Our products are individually vacuum sealed in airtight packages to maintain product freshness and ensure long freezer shelf life.

Fresh products are transported cold, at a temperature between 2 and 8º C so that they arrive in optimal conditions.

Our transport service carries out real-time traceability of the cold chain from the moment of collection to delivery. This way we guarantee the highest quality in our products from our factory to your home.

DELIVERY

We ship our products to the entire peninsular national territory. If you wish to place an order with another destination, (Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla), please contact us by email at correo@embutidosluisgil.com.

The package will arrive at the address indicated approximately in 48 working hours, except for exceptions in which it can take up to 72 working hours (orders made on Thursday afternoon and Fridays).

The user must be at the address indicated as the delivery address, and after receiving the package, they must check that everything has arrived in perfect condition.

The user will be informed by the transport company of the delivery status of their order.
