Like every year at Embutidos Luis Gil we go to Biocuture, theFair of ecological products and responsible consumption largest in Spain. From November 3 to 6, our organic agriculture, livestock and production company located in the Ocón Valley (La Rioja), was at this event along with other operators from the La Rioja Organic Agricultural Production Council(CPAER).
A special edition for us since we had the opportunity to give away an 'EcoPicnic' case with our organic sausages at S.M. Queen Letizia.
On Sunday, November 6, the Queen visited the fair in her personal capacity and we did not want to miss the opportunity to offer her a sample of our organic sausages made in the Ocón Valley and to present our project of ecological agriculture, livestock and production.
Delia Gil, a member of the Gil family that owns the company, came with her daughter Jimena to greet H.M. Queen Letizia who attended them very kindly. “She was charming and very close and especially affectionate with my daughter Jimena.”Delia commented.
Some lifestyle media such as magazine Telva and the magazine ¡HOLA! have echoed the unexpected presence of the Queen at Biocultura, highlighting the personal nature of the visit.
An anecdote that has undoubtedly put the finishing touch to this edition of Biocultura from which we return very satisfied with the reception that our organic meats and sausages have had by the public at the fair, which practically exhausted our stocks.
