¡Hola! We are the Gil family. We make fresh meat and certified organic sausages from our own livestock. Our Duroc piglets live and are raised happily, in freedom and enjoying nature, on our farm 'El Encinar' in El Valle de Ocón (La Rioja) in the heart of the World Biosphere Reserve.
