Today we propose five classic sandwiches that you can prepare with our eco products and that do not fail for these occasions.

Eco loin with cheese

The classic among classics. The key: make the loin so that it is juicy and does not dry out and not waste the juice.

To accompany, cheese such as havarti or emmental that you can mix with others such as comte, even a few pinches of a powerful blue, and well-poached onion (optional).

If you want to give it extra juiciness, mustard works great.

You can make another version of this sandwich which is the famous Valencian 'chivito'. Includes pork loin and bacon, fried egg and melted cheese on a base of mayonnaise, lettuce and tomato.

Bread with tomato and sausage

To prepare a good sandwich with bread with tomato, it is essential to choose a bread that is not too hard: baguette, ciabatta, pistol, Galician, hollow...

Spread it well with a natural, juicy, ripe tomato that has plenty of meat...

The best one for this purpose is the hanging tomato.

A good splash of extra virgin olive oil and a pinch of salt.

Then you can fill it with your favorite organic sausage: chorizo, salchichón, serrano ham, cooked ham….

If you make it with serrano ham, it is better to skip the salt...

Chorizo ​​omelette

A sandwich that never fails and that we propose as a substitute for the classic potato omelet sandwich.

As simple as it is exquisite... Simply a French omelet with chorizo ​​cut into small tacos and salt.

Ideal to enjoy between crusty bread.

If you want, you can season it with mayonnaise, spread the bread with tomato, put cheese on it... It admits a thousand and one combinations.

Serranito

Once again, pork loin is the star of this classic sandwich typical of southern Spain.

As simple as it is rich. Bread of a certain strength, with a tight crumb, and then the grilled loin, slices of tomato, fried green pepper and serrano ham.

To accompany it you can do it with some bagged potato chips.

Iberian secret pepito

It is a sandwich for gourmets that requires some preparation but we assure you that the result is worth it.

Grill the secret with little oil and make it very juicy without leaving it overcooked.

Spread the bread (preferably ciabatta or glass bread) lightly toasted with tomato, and fill with the meat, parmesan cheese and caramelized onion. You can add arugula and mustard and that's it.
