Today we received at our ecological farm '๐˜Œ๐˜ญ ๐˜Œ๐˜ฏ๐˜ค๐˜ช๐˜ฏ๐˜ข๐˜ณ' a hundred Basque Culinary Center who are visiting La Rioja these days, accompanied by eight teachers, to learn about the gastronomic wealth of our region.

It has been a real pleasure for us to be able to share our experience with these future professionals, showing them how we work from organic agriculture, livestock and production in the Ocรณn Valley to obtain sustainable products of the highest quality based on respect for traditional gastronomy, the environment and to the health of the planet and consumers.

We were delighted to meet our friend again. Mikel Zeberio, trainer of this reference center and a true institution in the gastronomic field of our country, and we are angry that we have not had time for them to be able to enjoy a proper tasting of our fresh and cured products.

So we have no choice but to accept the invitation to visit the Basque Culinary Center. See you in Donosti!
