This month the Duro eco dam and pen feature in Wine Fandango

This month the organic meat of our piglets stars in the gastronomic proposals of the most flowy restaurant in Logroño Wine Fandango within the “12 months, 12 organic foods” campaign organized by Cpaer La Rioja.

Specifically, the organic Duroc dam and pen will be part of special dishes and other events, such as “Pinchos Thursdays”, free tastings or showcookings.

For now you can enjoy a super original proposal with an Asian touch that Sugai Larrázabal has prepared with our prey for the spring menu:

“Grilled organic Rioja pork, pineapple and quince sandwich, Char siu sauce and radishes.”

They are also serving morritos incorporated into an omelet and stewed Biscayan style, with “an incredible reception,” according to Sugai.
